Former militant leader Asari Dokubo says presidential candidate, Peter Obi is a fraud for feeding his supporters with lies. The founder of Niger Delta People’s Volunteer Force stated that Peter Obi cannot match up to his political opponents, Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu of the All Progressives Congress party (APC), and Atiku Abubakar of the People Democratic Party (PDP). Peter Obi, presidential candidate of the Labour Party, LP, has cautioned his followers against not tolerating opposition views. Obi made the call in a tweet on his official Twitter handle on Sunday. Coalition will Only Work if Obi Accepts to Run as VP – NNPP

Mr Major Agni, the spokesperson of the NNPP (New Nigeria Peoples Party), has indicated that the only premise under which a coalition with Labour Party will work is if Peter Obi accepts to serve as the Vice Presidential candidate to Kwankwaso. Mr Agni stated this while answering during an interview session on Arise Television. According to him, Kwankwaso remains the stand out candidate preferred by Nigerians. Father Mbaka – Catholics Banned from Attending Adoration

Following the back lash that met Father Mbaka on his attack on Peter Obi, the Bishop of Enugu Diocese has directed that Catholics stay away from Mbaka's Adoration Ministry programs. According to the Bishop in the letter dated June 17 2022, the Bishop noted that the order will be in place until the conclusion of the canonical processes that the Diocese has put in place. Explaining why this step was necessary, the Bishop said "My decision is based on the fact that some of the teachings and utterances of Fr. Camillus Ejike Mbaka at the Catholic Adoration Ministry are not consistent with the teachings and faith of the Catholic Church."
