Man Sodomises 12 Almajiri Children In Gombe

The men of the Nigeria Security and Civil Defence Corps, Gombe State Command, have arrested a 40-year-old man, Usman Mohammed, for luring about 12 children aged between five to 10 years old. Mohammed, a resident of Liji in Yalmatu Deba Local Government Area of the state, allegedly specialized in having carnal knowledge of minors. According to Mohammed, who spoke when he was paraded at the NSCDC state headquarters on Tuesday, he was introduced to same-sex intercourse by his Islamic teacher when he was aged 18 years as an Almajiri student in Kano. A brigadier-general in the Nigerian Army identified as Audu James has lost his life in an auto crash in Lagos. James who was the monitor-general of the senior executive course, Sec, 40 at the National Institute for Policy and Strategic Studies, NIPPS, Karu, Plateau State, passed on from injuries sustained after he was smashed by a car on Tuesday. NDLEA Destroys N2Billion Worth of Illicit Drugs in Akwa Ibom

The National Drug Law Enforcement Agency, NDLEA, revealed about N2 billion worth of illicit drugs has been destroyed by the agency between 2014 and September 2021 in Akwa Ibom. The Agency’s Secretary, Mr. Shedrach Haruna, who represented the NDLEA Chairman, retired Brig. Gen. Buba Marwa, said this when he visited the State Deputy Governor, Mr. Moses Ekpo in Uyo on Thursday.
