A Justice Mojisola Dada Ikeja Special Offence Court on Tuesday condemned a 32-year-old vulcaniser, Chidozie Onyinchiz, to death by hanging for stealing N57,000 from a nurse. Justice Dada ruled that the prosecution had proved the charges of conspiracy, armed robbery, and membership of an unlawful society against the accused.
