Two Men Gang-Rape Teenager in Ogun, Threaten to Post Video

The Ogun State Police Command has arrested two men, Damilare Oyeniyi and Emmanuel Okori, for allegedly gang-raping a 19-year-old teenager. The two suspects who were living in the same compound with the victim in the Sango Ota area of Ogun State have confessed to the crime. The Police said the victim reported the crime to the police despite threats by the perpetrators to post the video of the act on social media if reported to the police. Police Sack Four Senior Officers for Misconduct

The Police Service Commission (PSC) has sacked four senior Police Officers for discreditable misconduct and dishonesty. This was disclosed in a statement issued on Sunday in Lagos by the PSC Head, Press and Public Relations, Mr Ikechukwu Ani, Punch reports. BREAKING: Seven Killed As Gunmen Attack Kaduna Community

Not less than seven people have died after gunmen stormed Ungwan Bido village in Jemaa Local Government Area of Kaduna State on Sunday morning. Two children are also said to be missing after the attack. Samuel Aruwa, Commissioner for Internal Security and Home Affairs, confirmed the story to ChannelsTV, stating that the attackers burnt down four houses. The attack follows the alleged killing of a Fulani herdsman, Isiyaka Saidu, of Ungwan Pah village on Saturday. Gunmen kill Ondo Monarch

Suspected kidnappers have killed a first-class traditional ruler in Ondo State, the Oluifon of Ifon in Ose Local Government Area, Oba Israel Adeusi. According to reports, Oba Adeusi was shot about 5:50pm near Elegbeka village along the Benin-Akure highway while returning to his community after a meeting in Akure. Sources said he was confirmed dead at a private hospital where he was rushed to. It was gathered that Governor Oluwarotimi Akeredolu canceled all his official engagements when he heard of the killing. The kidnappers were said to have also abducted two persons at the same spot. Police spokesman, ASP Tee-Leo Ikoro, who confirmed the killing, said all police divisions within the Ondo North axis have been mobilised to arrest the perpetrators.

Pandemonium ensued in Ode Irele town, the headquarters of Irele Local Government Area of Ondo State on Thursday when some armed robbers attacked a branch of Union Bank Plc in the town.
