The Verdict was given on Wednesday by a five-member panel of the apex court which was led by Justice Amina Augie.
The Court of Appeal had initially moved the date from July 19 to give a retrial of the suit between Ifeanyi and Senator Joseph Obinna on the dispute on who is the rightful governorship candidate for PDP.
Justice Mohammed Lawal Garba and four others Justices delivered a judgement that the Supreme Court shouldn’t have minded Ogba as he did not acquire the leave of court before filing his case in the Court of Appeal.
Justice Garba added that Ogba should have applied and gotten permission from the Court of Appeal before making a case.
