It’s now official and all speculations have ended as Atiku picks Okowa as his running mate. For days, there have been rumours and counter rumours about who will emerge as the running mate for PDP’s presidential candidate.

Commenting on his choice, he noted that the candidate had to meet certain requirements which include, ability to complement him as the President while also having what it takes to be the President.
As the speculations are now laid to rest with the choice of Ifeanyi Okowa, governor of Delta state over Nyesom Wike, governor of Rivers State. Nigerians will now be paying close attention to how Wike will respond to this.
It’s no secret that this is something he wants so much.
