President Muhammadu Buhari has instructed the Central Bank of Nigeria (CBN) to make forex inaccessible for people seeking to import food items and fertilizer. The National Association of Resident Doctors (NARD) has announced suspension of its nationwide strike. This was disclosed by Dr Aliyu Sokumba, President of NARD in the late hours of yesterday, This Day reports.
