Police Officer Shoots Lagos Lawyer Dead On Christmas Day

A policeman whose identity wasn't disclosed attached to the Lagos police command has shot dead a female lawyer identified as Bolanle Raheem. The incident reportedly took place on Sunday morning in the Ajah area of the State. Reports say the incident took place when the deceased and her family were on their way back from Christmas service. The car conveying them was stopped by some officers attached to the Ajiwe police station in Ajah. One of the officers reportedly shot at the car and the bullet hit the lawyer.
