Kuje prison escapee, Kamala Lawal has been apprehended by the Kastina Police Command after successfully raiding a suspected criminal hideout.
The Alleged escapee was also caught in the possession of leaves perceived to be Indian hemp.
Police officer, Gambo Isah disclosed that the arrest was made on reliable information ascertained by the police.

He further mentioned the arrest was made when they raided a suspected criminal hideout in Danmusa Local Government Area.
Lawal Abubakar, who is 33 years old is among the prisoners that fled after the Kuje prison attack, and upon investigation, he confessed to having fled from the prison during the attack.
Also, the officer revealed that during the police search he was found in possession of dried leaves suspected to be Indian hemp. ” Suspect will be handed over to Nigerian Correctional Service, for further necessary action” he added.
