Governor Nyesom Wike of Rivers State yesterday commissioned the first batch of the 100,000 special assistants he appointed. The Peoples Democratic Party, PDP, has accused the vice presidential candidate of the All Progressives Congress, APC, Kashim Shettima of being a grand commander of bandits, the non-state actors causing mayhem across the country.
