Nigerian singer David Adedeji Adeleke, popularly known as Davido has inquired about the medical bills of victims of the Lekki toll gate shooting that took place yesterday in Lagos State.
Footages surface online yesterday depicting violent scenes at the Lekki toll gate yesterday, resulting in death and injury to scores of civilians.
The development has resulted to accusations and counter accusations from various quarters on the actors behind the shootings that ravaged several areas in Lagos.
Reacting to the incident, Davido in a post on his verified Twitter handle said, “Please where is the hospital that most of the patients have been taken too?? Have they been treated for free? Is there a bill that needs to be paid? I need answers.”
Earlier, Lagos State governor, Babajide Sanwo-Olu, had paid a visit to the victims of the shooting.
“This is the toughest night of our lives as forces beyond our direct control have moved to make dark notes in our history, but we will face it and come out stronger,” he said in a post on Twitter.
