The Independent National Electoral Commission, INEC, revealed on Monday that it uncovered double registrants in the Continuous Voters Registration (CVR). The Continuous Voters Registration (CVR) kicked off nationwide in January 2022 and concluded on 31, July 2022. FG Drags ASUU to Court Over Ongoing Strike

The Federal Government has called upon the National Industrial Court (NIC) to settle the trade dispute between it and the Academic Staff Union of Universities, ASUU. See Also: How I Solved Dispute With ASUU In One Night – Jonathan To that effect, The NIC has summoned both parties to appear before the Court on Monday in Abuja to look through the ongoing strike embarked on by the university unions. The Federal Government wants the Court to direct ASUU to resume academic activities after shutting down public universities for eight months.
