Austin Eguavoen has urged the Super Eagles players to put the disappointment of the AFCON 2021 behind them and focus on the 2022 World Cup qualifier against Ghana in March. The Police Service Commission, PSC, has raised the alarm that many armed robbers are now finding their way into police recruitment camps. 200,000 Npower Beneficiaries To Be Engaged As Financial Service Operator

With the N-EXIT plan package, at least 200,000 exited Npower beneficiaries will be engaged as financial services operators under a Shared Agent Network Expansion Facility (SANEF) scheme controlled by the Central Bank of Nigeria. Over 30,000 Npower volunteers have already been engaged as geospatial experts and enumerators in the Economic Sustainability Plan’s Mass Agric programs such as the Federal Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development/Agriculture for Food and Job Plan (FMARD AFJP) and the Project for Agricultural Co-ordination and Executive (PACE), while other Npower volunteers are given the alternative of benefiting from the GEEP micro-enterprise loans. The Economic and Financial Crimes Commission, EFCC, Enugu Zonal Command on Friday, January 28, 2022, returned eleven houses recovered in different parts of Enugu to Chief Arthur Eze. The properties were recovered by the EFCC from the duo of Olisaebuka Okechukwu Eze and Onyeka Nnadozie Eze, administration and finance manager respectively in Arthur Eze’s firm, accused of criminal breach of trust and diversion of funds belonging to the business mogul. Three trans-border drug traffickers have been arrested by operatives of the National Drug Law Enforcement Agency, NDLEA, while trying to smuggle 48,000 tablets of 225mg Tramadol through Mubi, Adamawa state to Cameroon Republic, just as over 1,500 kilograms of imported Loud and other illicit substances have been intercepted in raids across Lagos and Edo states.
