The Lagos State Government has restated its commitment to strengthen and promote existing bilateral relations with United States.
Governor Babajide Sanwo-Olu disclosed the need on Wednesday at the Lagos State House, Ikeja, when the Consul General of the United State of America consulate in Lagos, Claire Pierangelo, paid him a courtesy visit.
The Governor welcomed and wished the Consul General of the United States in Lagos the very best in her endeavour saying the State government had a good relationship with the US consulate.
He however said Lagos as the Centre of Excellence had its challenges being a one time capital city.
