FG to Receive 20 Million Doses of COVID-19 Vaccines

The Federal Government on Thursday disclosed that it is making plans to purchase at least 20 million vaccines to commence the process of protecting the populace from the deadly covid-19 disease. The Minister of Health, Dr. Osagie Ehanire, made this known during the briefing of the Presidential Task Force (PTF) on covid-19 in Abuja. 138 NYSC Members Test Positive for COVID-19 —NCDC

The Nigeria Centre for Disease Control on Monday  disclosed that a total of 138 members of the National Youth Service Corps have tested positive for COVID-19. Disclosing this during the briefing by the Presidential Task Force on COVID-19 in Abuja, the NDDC Director-General, Chikwe Ihekweazu, said the safe reopening of the NYSC orientation camps across the country was successful. He stated that none of those who tested positive was allowed into the camps.
