Napoli striker and Super Eagle player, Victor Osimhen, has debunked rumors concerning his departure from his club this summer.
The 23-year-old striker is linked with moves to various clubs such as Arsenal, Manchester United, Newcastle, and Bayern Munich.
The Nigerian player is reported to be valued at around £85 million in the transfer Market after bagging 18 goals for Napoli across all competitions last season.
But he claims that the reports of him moving away from Napoli are just rumours, pressing that the club president Aurelio De Laurentiis has assured that he will be part of their future plans.

’I’m in Napoli. And I have great respect for my club,” he told Corriere Dello Sport as per Daily Mail. “They are just rumours of the market. I’m fine here and I’ve never had such close relationships with everyone as at this moment.
“I spoke to the president, he is the one who decides, and he reassured me by explaining the club’s plans.
“I am happy with what he told me and the purchases are of quality: words were followed by deeds. I am very happy to play with Napoli and we will see in the future.
The player seemed confident in his statements despite a viral video showing Napoli’s coach, Spalletti, dismissing the Napoli star from training over a clash that occurred during an inter-squad training match at the pre-season training camp in the city of Castel di Sangro.
The Napoli star still praises his coach saying that the former Inter Milan boss is the ideal coach for him at this stage of his career.
“He is a top coach: every day he tries to motivate me and make me make the most of the potential I have,’ Osimhen added. “I think he is the ideal coach for me at this stage: he is one of the reasons why I always give my best. I am happy when he is satisfied with my performance.”
