The Super Eagles of Nigeria have slipped three places in the latest FIFA ranking for the month of November.
The Nigeria national team dropped from 32nd position to 35th in the world, courtesy of their last two draws secured during the AFCON qualifier against Sierra Leone.
While the three-time African champions slipped in the latest ranking, Senegal maintained their spot as the best team in Africa and are ranked among the top 20 in the world.
Tunisia are ranked second-best team in Africa, occupying 26th in the world, while Algeria slipped one spot to 31th and third in Africa.
According to the latest update, the top three spots remain unchanged, though Belgium expanded the gap on their closest contenders, France.
Brazil, placed third are closing in on the French side after extending their unbeaten run in the South American qualifying matches for Qatar 2022 world cup.
The next FIFA Ranking is expected to be published on 10 December 2020.
