A coalition known as the Niger Delta Agitators has issued a warning to the Federal Government regarding what they term the harassment of the Chief Justice of the federation. According to the group, this harassment was simply based on the fact that the CJN was from the South-south and not from the North. In a reaction from legal practitioners, it is becoming clear that the Code of Conduct Tribunal has no jurisdiction to try the Chief Justice of the Federation.
