Nollywood Stars Suspected to Have Been Kidnapped by Gunmen

Nollywood stars Cynthia Okereke and Clemson Cornell have reportedly been abducted by suspected gunmen after returning from a movie set in Enugu. Monalisa Chinda of the Actors Guild of Nigeria (AGN) disclosed the information on her Instagram page. She stated that the film stars were declared missing by their family members when they didn’t return from a movie set located at Ozalla Town in Enugu State. The National President of the Actors Guild of Nigeria (AGN) advised members to stop going to cities’ outskirts to film unless security was provided. The Lady Of Heaven Film: Morocco Bans ‘Blasphemous’ British Film

Moroccan cinema authorities have banned the controversial British film Lady of Heaven, after it was condemned by the country's religious council. The film claims to tell the story of Lady Fatima, the daughter of Prophet Muhammad. The Supreme Ulema Council said the movie was a "flagrant falsification of the established facts" of Islam. There have been protests against the film in the UK. Egypt, Pakistan, Iran and Iraq have also denounced it.
