Labour Party chieftain and political economist, Pat Utomi, has dared the All Progressives Congress (APC) Presidential candidate, Bola Tinubu, to carry out a medical test and make the result public.

He stated this when he spoke on Channels Television’s Politics Today, saying that next year’s election is a battle for the lives of Nigerians.
He said there were evident signs that Tinubu is unfit to become president of the country while challenging him to go for a medical check-up and he should reveal the results to the public.
“Our country has suffered so much from having ailing leaders. That was why the Vice President stepped up.”
American Presidents go through medicals that are made public. Let him (Tinubu) go for medicals with Nigerian doctors up in the hospital and make it public.”
“It is the life of millions of people that we are dealing with”, Utomi added.
Prof Utomi also noted that APC should have fielded another vice-presidential candidate like Yemi Osinbajo, claiming Osinbajo is a better candidate for the position.
“The Vice President (Yemi) would have been a fit person. You can see he (Tinubu) is ailing. Common, let’s not kill ourselves, let’s be honest”, he said.
