Oluwole Afolabi counsel to Victor Giadom, Deputy National Secretary of the All Progressive Congress (APC) has declared him as the legitimate Acting National Chairman of the APC. This development has complicated the leadership crisis rocking the ruling party. Afolabi in a statement on Wednesday claimed that a court in FCT had recognised Giadom as the Acting chairman. Afolabi cautioned Ajimobi against parading himself as the Chairman of the APC or risk contempt of court.
