In what was clearly a mockery of the Economic Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC), Davido responding to the alleged freezing of his account tweeted ""Make dem go Wells Fargo for ATL na ??" Obviously having fun with his fans on Twitter, with some offering to lend him some money with a promise to pay back with thousands of percent interest, Davido engaged with them, laughing and saying among other things "Osun go sweet die!!" Nigeria's new finance minister, Mrs Zainab Shamshuna Ahmed who replaced Kemi Adeosun has sparked off fresh controversy following the scrutiny of her profile. It will be recalled that Kemi Adeosun was involved in a forgery scandal which eventually led to her resignation. Biafra: South-East Massively Complies with IPOB’s Sit-At-Home Order

Many major cities in the South-East were almost ghost towns today as there was a massive compliance with IPOB's sit-at-home order. Major roads, markets and motor parks were deserted. Commercial operations were non existent. Even the usually busy Niger bridge was deserted as no vehicular or human traffic was visible. IPOB claims that the order received 70% compliance while the Police in Anambra claims otherwise. In Anambra the order was totally complied with in Onitsha and Nkpor. However, Awka, Nnewi and some other rural communities had some activities, with banks offering minimal services. Nigeria's embattled Finance Minister Kemi Adeosun has reportedly resigned. There is currently no official statement to this effect, however, indications are that she has indeed resigned. It will be recalled that for over two months now, she has been the subject of a forgery scandal to which the federal government refused to comment. Earlier this week, the FG however said the matter was being investigated. It is not clear if this is the result of the investigation. We shall keep you informed as fresh information emerges.

Heads of various security agencies in Imo state, Monday said they have adequately garnered their officers to deal with the September 14 sit-at-home declaration by the Indigenous people of Biafra, IPOB.
