Pastor Tunde Bakare, the General Overseer of Citadel Global Community Church, Lagos, has rebutted reports that he endorsed the presidential bid of Bola Tinubu of the All Progressives Congress, APC ahead of the 2023 election. The cleric made this known in a post on his Facebook handle, describing the claims as absolute lies. Pastor Tunde Bakare of the Citadel Global Community Church reacted to the Muslim-muslim ticket of the APC by asking voters to rise above ethnic and religious sentiments and vote for politicians that have the capacity to transform the country. The popular pastor made the call during his sermon on Sunday.   Bakare who contested for the presidential ticket of the All Progressives Congress, APC, said that achieving a Nigeria that works for everyone irrespective of affiliations.
