NECO Releases 2022 SSCE Examination Results

The National Examination Council (NECO) announced on Thursday, the release of the 2022 Secondary School Certificate Examination (SSCE) results. NECO Registrar and Chief Executive Officer, Professor Dantani Ibrahim Wushishi made the announcement at the NECO Headquarters in Minna. Prof. Wushishi said 60.74% of students, which is around 727,894 made five credits and above, including Mathematics and English Language. JUST IN: NECO Extends 2022 Registrations To June 20

The National Examinations Council on Sunday announced that it has “extended the Registration period of the 2022 Senior School Certificate Examination for school-based candidates to midnight of Monday 20th June 2022”. The examination agency made this known in a statement made available to The PUNCH in the early hours of Monday. Recall that the registration period was initially scheduled to close on Monday 30th May 2022. BREAKING: NECO Releases SSCE Results

The National Examinations Council (NECO) has released the internal Senior Secondary School Examination (SSCE) results with a two per cent increase of candidates who made five credits and above in all subjects. The Council also derecognised 12 schools for their involvement in mass cheating and whole school cases of malpractice. The Registrar, Professor Godswill Obioma, announced these at the NECO Headquarters in Minna. He said the schools derecignised include four schools in Adamawa, two in kaduna, two in Kastina, Two in Niger, one in Taraba and one in FCT. #ENDSARS: NECO Postpones SSCE Exams Indefinitely over Protests

The National Examination Council (NECO) has announced the postponement of the ongoing Senior Secondary School Certificate Examination indefinitely. NECO Reschedules Exam Due to #EndSARS Blockade  

The National Examinations Council (NECO) has announced postponement of the Paper 1 Computer Studies Practical scheduled to take play on today due to blockade occasioned by the persistent #EndSARS protest. The examination body said the paper has now be rescheduled to take place on November 16. This was disclosed in a statement by Head of Information and Public Relations Division of NECO, Azeez Sani on Sunday. The statement read, “This unforeseen incident has been caused by the ENDSARS protest that blocked the free movement of transport at the City entrance gate Benin.
