National Grid Restored After Partial Collapse – TCN
The National Grid has been fully restored by the Transmission Company of Nigeria (TCN) after the reports of its partial collapse on Monday.

General Manager and Public Affairs of TCN, Mrs. Ndidi Mbah, stated this on Monday in Abuja.
She revealed the partial collapse of the national grid occurred at about 10.51 am.
Mbah noted a sudden drop in the system frequency resulted in the partial collapse of the grid.
The restoration of the grid commenced immediately at 11.55 am in the affected areas, which were Osogbo, Ihovbor, Jebba, Osogbo, Kainji, Jebba, Benin, Onitsha, Shiroro, Kaduna, Shiroro, Katampe, and Alaoji, Ikot-Ekpene.
