An oil mogul, Dr Peter Mbah has emerged winner of the Enugu State Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) Governorship primary election. The Central Bank of Nigeria has denied the sack of its Governor, Mr Godwin Emefiele, describing the report as an unfounded rumour.
