The announcement was made by Bayo Onanuga, the special adviser on information and strategy to the president, in a post on his social media handle. Tinubu embarked on his journey on April 22 from Abuja, the capital of Nigeria, heading to The Netherlands for an official visit. The visit was at the invitation of Prime Minister Mark Rutte.
