Governor Nyesom Wike of Rivers State yesterday commissioned the first batch of the 100,000 special assistants he appointed. Ebonyi State Governor, David Umahi, has emerged as the winner of the Ebonyi South All Progressives Congress, APC, Senatorial fresh election conducted in the State. The result was declared by Prof. Emmanuel Adebayo, the Chairman of the Electoral Panel for the APC Ebonyi South Senatorial district election.
