Fed Poly Ilaro Suspends SUG President Caught in Cult Activities

Ilaro Polytechnic Management  has suspended the Students Union, President, Adegboye Olatunji, who was arrested for engaging in cult activities. The young man was nabbed alongside another cult member, Olarewaju Taiwo, in the full regalia of the black axe cult during initiation of new members of the group. The duo were arrested following a tip off to the police by members of the public. The group were allegedly sighted in a bush at Gbogidi area of Ilaro where they were trying to initiate new members. YABATECH: ASUP Quits from Part-Time Programmes Over Shortfall in Wages

The Academic Staff Union of Polytechnic (ASUP), Yaba College of Technology (Yabatech), on Monday disengaged from all the part-time programmes in the college following the shortfall in the payment of wages and allowances to its members.
