Kenyan Authorities Respond to Arrest, Extradition of Nnamdi Kanu To Nigeria

Kenyan Immigration and diplomatic authorities have claimed no involvement in the arrest and “extradition” of the leader of Indigenous People of Biafra, Nnamdi Kanu, who was alleged to have been arrested in Kenya and brought to Nigeria. Alexander Muteshi, Kenya’s Director-General of Immigration Services, refuted the claims of the country’s entanglement with the arrest and “extradition” of Kanu. Also, an official in the Kenya Ministry of Interior said the ministry was not aware of the “extradition” of Nnamdi Kanu to Nigeria. Asari Dokubo Conned me of N20m – Says Nnamdi Kanu as he Fires Back

The leader of the Indigenous People of Biafra, IPOB, has indicted the leader of the Biafra de facto Customary Government, Asari Dokubo, of conning him N20 million. Kanu disclosed this while reacting to Dokubo’s recent threats aimed at him. The IPOB leader also asked the former Niger-Delta militant to stay away from the Biafra movement and focus on his mandate as a pipeline security guard. Ebonyi State Governor, David Umahi has warned that his government will not tolerate any restriction of movement in the State, urging the Ebubeagu security outfit to be on guard.
