After failing to sign the Leicester City play maker in the last transfer window, Premier league champions Manchester City is now set to close the deal for about £60m.
This deals is expected to be concluded before the World Cup begins. Man City is also expected to sign Napoli midfielder, Jorginho for about £42m.
Interestingly, none of these two players will be at the World Cup with their respective countries failing to qualify for the tournament.
