Super Eagles forward, Umar Sadiq, has joined Laliga Club, Real Sociedad from Spanish side UD Almeria on the deadline day of the transfer market.
The 25-year-old signed a six-year contract and will put on a jersey tagged number 25 at the club.

The Spanish Club acquired the striker with a sum of €20m plus €6m in variables.
“Sociedad has reached an agreement with UD Almería for the transfer of Sadiq Umar. La Real, in turn, has reached an agreement with the player until the end of the 27-28 season. He will wear number 25,” reads a statement on the club’s official website.
Umar Sadiq scored a total of 41 goals for Almeria after joining the club in 2020.
