Mrs Obiano who said that the baby’s safe delivery despite having a weight that required a caesarian section birth, was a testimony that would define Anambra State for the rest of 2021.
The Governor’s wife while reiterating her new year message for peace and constant hope in God’s promises, urged everyone to see the difficulties of the past year as a part of Gods plan for a favourable and graceful new year.
Speaking to the press, the parents of the newborn baby, Mr Enerst and Mrs Ifeoma Obizolu, in their remarks, said that they had known that their baby was special, with events preceding her birth indicating that she was destined for something special.

On her part, the nurse in charge of the maternity ward section of the hospital, Chibuzo Emebo, said that the baby’s weight right from when she was in the womb had shown a different normal delivery process, but with the right expertise, the hospital fought to have the baby out successfully. UPSOT
