Pastor’s Wife Indicts Husband for Sleeping With Church Members, Files For Divorce

The wife of a pastor of a church, identified as Mrs Jummai Mala has approached a Yola Upper Area Court in Adamawa State to nullify her marriage to her husband, who she allegedly caught sleeping with female church members. Mrs Mala who claims to be the breadwinner of the family alleged that her husband, Pastor Yakubu Ayuba, had fathered three children with female church members whom he slept with in his office. She added that her husband a bed in the church office, which he was using to commit adultery, SaharaReporters reports. General Overseer of Omega Fire Ministries, Apostle Johnson Suleman, has tendered an apology for his outburst in a viral audio clip in which he was recorded threatening to make someone ‘disappear’. The audio was released by a former Pastor in his church, Mike Davids, released the audio alleging it was his conversation with Suleman. Following public outcry over the cancellation of conventional cross-over night activities on 31st December, 2020 in Enugu State, the state government has clarified that "the said cancellation refers strictly to the cross-over night activities organised by the Enugu State Government". The clarification was contained in a statement by the Commissioner for Information, Nnanyelugo Chidi Aroh.
