104-Year-Old Woman Endorses Peter Obi For Presidency

Iyom Josephine Ezeanyaeche, a 104-year-old woman, has expressed her support for Labour Party, LP, presidential candidate, Peter Obi, to become the president in Saturday’s election. Ezeanyaeche, popularly known as Mama Africa, during a visit to the LP’s office in Abuja, said Obi would make Nigeria an investment hub.   She said the endorsement of Obi to win the forthcoming election was given his qualification as the best out of the four major contestants. Bashir Bashir, the governorship flagbearer of the Labour Party, LP, in Kabno State has dumped the party for the All Progressives Congress, APC. INEC Announces Extension Of PVC Collection Deadline

The Independent National Electoral Commission, INEC, has announced an extension of the deadline for the collection of permanent voter cards, PVCs. This marks the second time the electoral umpire will extend the deadline for PVC collection. The collection was scheduled to stop on January 29. 2023 Election: Suspend Academic Activities In All Tertiary Institutions – Reps Tells FG

The house of representatives has asked for the suspension of academic activities ahead of the elections.
