The Nigerian Aviation Handling Handing Company Plc, NAHCO, staff members have announced a suspension of their strike embarked on in the quest to demand salary increases. Prof Mojisola Adeyeye, the Director-General of the National Agency for Food and Drug Administration and Control, NAFDAC, has warned that excessive fast can cause kidney problems. NRC Suspends Warri-Itakpe Train Service As Train Derails

The Nigerian Railway Corporation, NRC, has announced the suspension of rail service along the Warri-Itakpe rail line after a train derailed at kilometre 30 Ajaokuta-Itakpe section of the track. This was contained in a statement issued by the coordinator, Warri-Itakpe train service, Sanni Abdulganiyu, on Sunday. The development comes two weeks after gunmen stormed a train station in Edo state and kidnapped several passengers. Olona Oluwapelumi, a 300-level student of the Federal University of Technology, has taken his life at his residence in the Aule Area of Akure, Ondo State.
