Nigeria: Fashola, Ngige, Keyamo Make Buhari’s Ministerial List

Nigerians’ wait for ministerial appointment may be at an end as the President has forwarded the list of his ministers to the National Assembly for confirmation.

This was confirmed today by Ahmad Lawan, the Senate President who also alluded to the fact the may have been sent last week.

In the letter read out to the Senate today, Tuesday 23rd of July 2019, former ministers Fashola and Ngige made the list. The fresh names that made the list include Festus Keyamo, Godswill Akpabio and George Akume, former Benue State governor.

The Senate President has informed the house that the ministerial confirmation process will take precedence over other legislative duties.
