The Deputy Vice Chancellor of Ladoke Akintola University of Technology (LAUTECH), Ogbomoso, Oyo, State, Prof. Mojeed Olaide Liasu, has been appointed as the acting Vice Chancellor.
He is a Professor of Plant Physiology, Department of Pure and Applied Biology.
It was earlier reported that the former Vice Chancellor, Prof. Michael Ologunde, was instructed to step down.
Prof. Liasu’s appointment takes effect from today.
