Supreme Court Justice, Sylvester Nwali Ngwuta is dead.
The Justice died on Sunday morning, SaharaReporters reports.
It was gathered that a source informed TheNigeriaLawyer that he passed on in his sleep at his official residence in Abuja.
Justice Ngwuta was billed to retire from the Supreme Court on March 30, 2021 upon clocking 70 years mandatory retirement age.
He was born in 1951.
