Governor Dave Umahi of Ebonyi State Orders Flogging of Civil Servants for Late Coming (video)

Governor Dave Umahi, today ordered the flogging of civil servants who came late to work. This was seen in a video shared in Twitter by Prof. Chidi Odinkalu.

In the tweet, the Prof said ” So, today in Ebonyi, @GovDaveUmahi went for a project inspection & then instructs the soldiers to flog – yes flog! – civil servants who arrived late. Not done, Dave Umahi supervised the flogging. Tomorrow, he’ll be rewarded with seat in @NGRSenate“.
