The top hierarchy of the Nigerian Army, including the Chief of Army Staff, Lieutenant General Tukur Buratai, General Officers Commanding (GOC) of the Divisions and Operation Commanders, are currently in a meeting where they are brainstorming on the recent threat to national security caused by the #EndSARS protests.
The meeting is holding in the Army Conference Room at the Defence Headquarters and shortly before it went into closed session, Buratai condemned unnamed international organisations for threatening to issue travel bans to Military Officers over alleged violation of human rights.
He disclosed that the conference will discuss current security challenges in the country.
