The Emir of Zazzau, Alhaji Idris, is dead.
He passed on at the age of 84 in the early hours of Monday.
A family source who spoke to Sahara Reporters said, “It is confirmed. He had some health issue on Friday and was taken to hospital where he died. His body would soon be transported to Zaria for burial.”
He was the 18th Fulani Emir of Zazzau.
